이용약관 / Terms of Service

제1조 (목적 / Purpose)

팍치(Phakchi, 이하 "서비스")는 태국 내 개인 간(C2C) 중고물품 거래를 위해 판매자와 구매자를 연결하는 플랫폼입니다. Phakchi is a platform that connects individual sellers and buyers for secondhand trading in Thailand.

제2조 (서비스의 성격 / Nature of Service)

서비스는 거래 당사자를 연결하는 역할만 수행하며, 거래의 당사자가 아닙니다. 결제, 대금 보관, 배송을 제공하지 않습니다. The service only connects parties and is not a party to any transaction. It does not provide payment, escrow, or delivery.

제3조 (금지 행위 / Prohibited Conduct)

• 불법 물품, 무기, 마약류, 불법 의약품, 위조품 등 법령상 거래가 제한되는 품목의 게시 / Posting illegal goods, weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, or other restricted items
• 사기, 허위 게시물, 타인 사칭 / Fraud, fake listings, impersonation
• 타인의 개인정보 무단 수집·게시 / Unauthorized collection or posting of others' personal data

제4조 (게시물 관리 / Content Management)

운영자는 약관 위반 게시물을 사전 통지 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다. The operator may remove violating content without prior notice.

제5조 (책임 / Liability)

거래로 발생하는 분쟁의 책임은 거래 당사자에게 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 면책조항을 확인하세요. Responsibility for disputes lies with the transacting parties. See the Disclaimer for details.
